At OWB, The Brand Craft Agency, we believe in smart ideas, beautifully executed. Your role is to craft compelling creative that brings brands to life across print, digital and motion.

From concept to delivery, you'll shape bold, effective design that speaks to audiences and makes an impact. You’ll work across multiple clients, getting under the skin of each brand to produce work that’s thoughtful, relevant and always well-crafted.

The way you roll…

You’ve got solid experience under your belt and a strong creative instinct. With at least three years in a design role, you’re confident taking a brief, building an idea and seeing it through to final output.

You understand the value of design thinking and care about the details. You enjoy switching between sectors and styles, and know how to get to grips with a brand quickly. You can work independently but enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

Contributions to the group…

• Delivering campaign and brand assets from initial concept to finished product
• Applying strong layout, typography and brand knowledge to everything you do
• Developing creative ideas that align with strategy and client goals
• Creating both original creative and finished artwork as required
• Contributing to pitch work and internal ideation sessions
• Supporting consistency across client touchpoints and design systems
• Bringing energy, curiosity and a commitment to quality to every brief

What’s in your toolbox…

• 3+ years of design experience, ideally in a fast-paced or agency environment
• A strong portfolio that shows both ideas and execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as knowledge of working in MS Office (particularly PPT)
• Motion skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro are a real bonus
• Familiarity with digital and browser-based tools like Figma, Canva or Sketch is welcome
• A solid understanding of branding and how to apply it effectively
• Strong visual communication and the ability to present your ideas clearly
• A good attitude, a team mindset and a drive to keep developing your craft

A few final things…

This is a full-time hybrid role, with time split between our Birmingham and Hartlebury offices. You may also occasionally travel for meetings or project work. Flexibility and a positive outlook are important.
