Generally clients love and trust you and they show relief when they know you’re on a project!
You know how to groove with different departments across the group, whether it's chatting with the creative minds, high-fiving the production crew, discussing designs, putting your Hollywood hat on with the film team or navigating the digital realm, you're the maestro who brings everyone and everything together and conducts the whole symphony.
You've got a strong logistical background, turning potential chaos into well-organized experiences. And you’re ready to take your event mastery to the next level.

How you make it all possible…
- Owning the beginning, middle and end of every project – from planning through to the end delivery
- Interpreting client requirements accurately, influencing where appropriate and making recommendations for our responses in collaboration with others
- Actively lead the assigned project team in coming up with ideas and solutions and manage a timely and appropriate response to the client.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Delivering projects on time, within budget and to the agreed objectives, exceeding all client expectations
- Planning and overseeing all aspects of production, liaising directly with assigned individuals from each department
- Management of all project timelines ensuring clear communication internally and externally as well as continuous monitoring and adjustment as the project planning evolves
- Ownership of the project ‘WIP’ deck making sure it’s accurate and reflective of the project deliverables and used as a trusted reference point for all elements of project delivery
- Identify problem areas and/or challenge any concerns that may result in having a negative impact on the final deliverables
- Produce and oversee all supporting project documentation ensure it’s fit for purpose, clear and usable – remember keep it simple, adapt and make sure it’s relevant for the users
- Manage the client relationship, you are the first point of contact and will hold all communications in both direction as well as making sure we ALWAYS deliver on time
- Manage the quality of our output, challenge internally and always be PROUD about what we are delivering.
- Being commercially aware throughout the project (you own the budget)
- You walk in the shoes of the end user, you challenge our solutions to make sure it’s a great experience for everyone
- Manage the entire vendor process including sourcing, selection, negotiating, contracting, delivery management and post project reconciliation
- Ensuring that post-event activity is given as much attention as the other stages of the project
- Owning all health and safety & sustainability processes, ensuring they are always completed and adhered to
- Clearly communicating with all stakeholders, internal and external, throughout the project

This role will be based out of our North American headquarters, at our studio offices in Apex, NC. Our typical hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. We’re proud to offer a hybrid-work policy, where our team enjoys working from the office for a minimum of three days a week, and at home for the remainder (while not on-site at events, and pending pre and post event needs).
